products has meant the firm is favoured with instructions
from a number of the top financial institutions as members
of their valuers' panel.
Legal separation and divorce proceedings often require
expert valuers' opinion, with many Family Law solicitors
seeking our appointment to represent their clients' interests
with sympathy and discretion at a very difficult time.
Valuations required for tax planning and estate administration,
portfolio appraisal or commercial borrowing are undertaken.
In probate cases, we can assist with a range of input
to help executors and trustees discharge their duties
to the best advantage of the estate - we have access to
a team of landscape and garden maintenance contractors,
house clearance experts, removals contractors and décor/maintenance
people whose help is often necessary or desirable to enlist
prior to an Executors' sale.
